We received valuable feedback after GMTK Game Jam 2024, and this game version includes many changes based on your feedback. Additions include a solo-play primer and adventure, improved magic rules, rules for fighting hordes of monsters, and Hero Talents to help you customize your Hero.
If you love sword & sorcery as much as I do, and are looking for a lightweight RPG, then you'll find a lot to love in Just Get Better. Blood & Grit (the daddy of Just Get Better) has a special place in my heart because it represents the essence of what roleplaying was when I first encountered the hobby. Just Get Better is essentially an updated version of the same game.
